Crossfit workout with on a full belly – Not Good
I was feeling a bit amped up today, and decided to find the meanest looking crossfit workout that I had the equipment for. Here’s what I was able to come up with…
For time:
25 Squats
25 Push-ups
25 Pull-ups
25 Sit-ups
50 Squats
50 Push-ups
50 Pull-ups
50 Sit-ups
(Here is where I gave in)
75 Squats
75 Push-ups
75 Pull-ups
75 Sit-ups
